Thank you for choosing me as your tattoo artist! Your trust means everything.
Here are somethings to consider:
Booking Process
After you submit your inquiry, Noelle, my Chaos Manager, will get back to you promptly. Feel free to send any inspirational pictures or images you'd like incorporated into your design. For complex ideas, Noelle can guide you through an in-person or video consultation. If your project isn't a perfect fit for me, we'll connect you with one of our talented artists who is better suited to your needs.
Change in design plan
Minor adjustments, like adding a flower or altering the color scheme, are perfectly fine. However, major changes, such as completely shifting the subject matter or theme, need prior discussion and approval. If you want to change the direction of your tattoo, please contact Noelle to discuss your new ideas.
Artistic Vision/Collaboration
My aim is to create a tattoo that excites both me and you! This involves collaborating on your ideas and my vision to craft the perfect design. Sharing your thoughts on the style, feel, and tone of the tattoo is crucial. Reference images are useful, but we'll make sure your tattoo stands out as an original piece tailored just for you.
Day of/Tattoo Process
For larger tattoos, we’ll spend a considerable amount of time together. Bring snacks, water, and perhaps a book or headphones for comfort. The shop is kept cool, so a blanket might be useful. We’ll start by finalizing the design, making a stencil, and then proceed with the tattooing. Our full-day sessions run from 9 AM to 5 PM, covering all aspects of the process. I focus on quality and will ensure we reach a good stopping point each day with the aim of finishing the piece. If you have any time constraints, please let me know-as sometimes the tattoo will take us beyond our business hours.
Design Preperation
I usually finalize designs a day or so before your appointment to ensure they're up-to-date with my latest skills. I typically don’t send designs in advance, but you’ll review the final design on the day of your session. This allows us to make any necessary tweaks or adjustments. Please feel free to share any thoughts or questions you have about the design—I want you to be excited about your tattoo. Just be aware that significant changes may require additional time to perfect.
Rescheduling
To reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. At the beginning of each month, Noelle will reach out to confirm all appointments—please let her know if any adjustments need to be made. There may be instances where I need to reschedule, and I will try my best to give similar notice. Cancelling within 48 hours may result in losing your deposit, but any notice is better than no notice. If I need to reschedule within 48 hours, I will generally deduct the deposit amount from the final price of the tattoo to recognize that your time is just as valuable as mine.
